Return & Exchange Policy

Returns
We have a 2-day return policy for domestic orders and a 10-day exchange policy:

Return Process:

All return requests must be submitted through the designated link: [INSERT LINK].
Returns will not be accepted through email, social media, or phone calls.
Eligibility for Returns:

If you receive a product in damaged or tampered packaging, refuse delivery and return it to the delivery person. Email us at rudaams@gmail.comwith your Order ID.
If you do not like the product, log into your account or create one using the email used during purchase. Submit a exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Products must be returned in original condition, and receipt of the return must be obtained from the courier.
Non-Eligible Items for Returns:

Products exhibiting physical damage after delivery.
Sarees with fall and edging done.
Customized or made-to-order products.
Return or exchange requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 4-7 working days only after the returned product is received at our warehouse.
( Return is only applicable for products that were sent damaged from our end)

Refunds will not include shipping charges.

Exchanges
Exchange Process:

Exchange requests must be raised within 10 days of receiving the product. Log into your account to initiate the process.
We will arrange for the pickup and ship the replacement within 5-7 working days after receiving the product.
Exchange Terms:

Exchanges are not possible for sarees with fall and edging or for customized products.
If exchanging for a product of higher value, a coupon code for the returned product’s value will be issued. The balance amount must be paid during the next purchase.

No discount will be applicable on exchange orders.
Exchanged Products:

Further exchanges or returns for exchanged items are not permitted.


International Shipping and Returns
Shipping Costs:

Orders above 150 USD qualify for free worldwide shipping.
Orders below 150 USD incur a 20 USD shipping fee.


Refunds will be processed after quality checks and will not include shipping costs.

Important Notes:

Customs duties and import taxes must be borne by the customer.
Refunds are not available for products abandoned by customs due to non-payment of duties.


Customization:

Orders with customization cannot be canceled once processing begins.

Unboxing Video:

A complete unboxing video is required for any claims regarding missing or damaged items.
